While I was waiting for my Ab Lounge to arrive, I tried doing normal crunches in my room and it was really hard – it hurt my back and my neck – it certainly wasn’t fun. So I was excited to give it a whirl when it came in the mail and was hoping that this was the answer to my problems.
Great Design and Really Comfortable
It came pretty much already assembled and only took about ten minutes to unpack it and set it up. I attached the cables, set up the foot pedals and attached the hand grips – super easy and I was ready to go. It came with a DVD, an instruction booklet with photos of how to set it up and use it, and step-by-step instructions for eight different exercises for each of the different fitness levels. I’m not really one to read the manual so I hopped in and tried it.
I Could Actually Get Into This
After using the Ab Lounge for just about 5 minutes, I could tell that I was already getting a good workout – I could already feel the burn – that means its working! It was definitely a good, solid workout, but it was also much easier than regular crunches – no strain on my back or neck.
