I have to start out by saying I’m not a serious fitness kinda guy – I don’t go to the gym, I don’t run, and overall, I just can’t stand physical activity. I spend most of the day at my computer, blogging and surfing and working, you know… I had recently been having some problems with my back – aches and pains. I did some internet research and figured out that what I probably needed to combat these pains with some stretching and some exercising. I figured if I could develop and strengthen my core – my lower back and my abdomen, it would take some of the pressure off my back and relieve the pain.
Is This The Piece of Exercise Gear That Will Actually Work?
Well that’s the story anyways – I have to admit, I wouldn’t mind taking a couple inches off my waist or my belly. I am also very skeptical of any those home exercise machines that usually just end up in the bottom of my closet and then out at my next garage sale, so I wanted to do a lot of internet research before I committed to buying anything. I ran across the Ab Lounge mainly because of seeing it on TV, but when I read all the positive reviews, and saw the prices of all the other stuff out there, I thought I’d give it a try.
